Directions

Kiwifruit is best eaten when slightly soft, similar to a ripe avocado. Ripen at room temperature and then refrigerate. You can hasten ripening by enclosing an apple or banana in a brown paper bag with the kiwifruit, during the ripening period (3-5 days). Delicious eaten as is, or use in juice, salads, desserts and to top baked goods. Enjoy!
