Texmati Brown Rice.
Directions
Boil: Cooking Texmati® Brown Rice • 2-1/4 cups water • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) • 1 tsp. butter or olive oil (optional) • 1 cup rice Bring water to a boil. Add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Yields approximately 3-3/4 cups.
